We use a 3rd party credit card verification and processing company to obtaincredit card approvals and to bill users for goods and services. The companies wecontract with do not retain, share, store, or use any personally identifyinginformation for any secondary purposes. However, your own credit card companymay, in some circumstances, make secondary use of your personal information andpurchasing history; contact your credit card company for information or torequest a copy of your service agreement
On some purchases and transactions on our web sites, UnitedTel, LLC willcollect credit card information. This will be done via 3rd party merchanttransaction providers and such information is encrypted and is protected withSSL encryption software. The actual credit cards numbers are not supplied toUnitedTel, LLC, but for purposes of processing and completing the purchasetransaction, and the Credit Card Information is only disclosed to third partiesonly as necessary to complete the purchase transaction. On mostpurchases and transactions on our web sites, UnitedTel, LLC will be billingthrough your Local Exchange Carrier. UnitedTel, LLC has gainedapproval through there billing processor to be able to bill via phone bill inthese situations.

UnitedTel only sends email to individuals who have agreed on the Websites toreceive email from UnitedTel, LLC or to individuals who have agreed on thirdparty websites to receive email from third parties such as UnitedTel, LLC.UnitedTel, LLC does not send unsolicited email messages.
